What an absolute special treat to be able to wake up to a polar bear parading up and down just outside your bedroom window! Clearly waiting to be fed.
After a lovely buffet breakfast, we were able to stop by some animals we didn’t quite get to see yesterday. But by midday, we had to leave to get ourselves back to Brussels, and on to Amsterdam, where we will spend our last few days.
So far, it feels that we have not really managed to get the temperature above 5 degrees. We were very happy to arrive to a lovely warm airbnb family home, with Smokey, our companion. It’s hard to believe that our time here is almost over. We will have to be sure to make the best of the last few days.
