Don’t you just hate airports. For a flight that barely lasts an hour, it seems like an awful lot of effort. And sadly, I would have to say that Ryanair is not the most helpful of airlines. All that aside, we’re in Scotland!
We were told that the amount of rain that we experienced in the last two weeks, was quite unheard of. Well…. It’s traveled all the way to Scotland with us. When we planned our trip, we expected to get rain. So we have been mentally preparing ourselves to have to do things in the rain. We were forced to test our preparedness in Glasgow.
We took a walk to the Cathedral. And certainly saw some lovely building along the way. But we felt a little sorry for Glaswegians. The rain never seems to stop.
We returned to our hotel a little worse for wear. So decided on an early night rather.
