  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add sifted dry ingredients Mix well until it looks like chunks, not dough Spread into a greased baking tin Press down well and bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes Let cool and then pour the icing over

  1. Mix all together with a little warm water and spread evenly over the biscuits. Cut into squares when cold.
